Clinically Proven vs Clean

Clinically Proven vs Clean

This past year saw a noticeable shift in consumer preferences from wellness products featuring just "'clean" or "natural" ingredients to those with clinically proven efficacy.

This trend has only intensified, with over 50% consumers saying that clinical effectiveness is their top consideration when making a purchase, compared to  around 20% who prioritise natural or clean ingredients. This shift is especially prominent in categories like vitamins and other health supplements.

As consumers become more informed, they are increasingly seeking products that not only align with their health and wellness goals but are also proven to deliver results. This trend is reshaping the wellness industry, pushing brands to focus on scientifically validated ingredients and formulations.

The old adage "you get what you pay for" rings true. Choosing a product by price may not bring the benefits you require and can be a waste of time and money. Choosing brands that do clinical trials, have quality guarantees, third party testing, and manufacturing certifications should take priority over fancy packaging, influencers and glossy advertising when making a product choice.

Nature's Sunshine has always placed Quality Assurance front and centre of all product development, ensuring not only the most sustainable ingredients are used but that they are tested and clinically trialled for potency, purity and proven results.
